The Ideal Solution to Control the Quality of Oils and Fats

FoodLab Line Analyzers for the testing of oils and fats are extremely accurate and are able to detect very low Free Fatty Acids (FFA) values (range 0.01 – 23.95 % oleic acid) and Peroxide Value (PV) (range 0.1 - 550 mEqO2/Kg) with a resolution of 0.01. Therefore, they are the ideal solution for food industries that use refined oils. FoodLabFat and PalmOilTester are able to measure the amount of p-Anisidine Value in 2 minutes (40 tests/hour) using an intuitive method that does not involve the use of carcinogenic reagents.

Simple Analytical Method

Thanks to the simplicity of the analytical method, FoodLabFat, OxiTester and PalmOilTester can be used by any unskilled operator regardless of whether a dedicated laboratory is available. None of the systems requires calibration or maintenance. Therefore they are the ideal solutions to control the quality of oils and fats during the production stage.

Accurate Measuring Systems
