The analytical method developed by CDR and integrated in MiniFoodLab was subjected to several functional tests in order to assess its reliability in determining the amount of urea in the milk of cows, buffalos and sheep. Said tests were conducted by Standard Latte Laboratory (L.S.L.) belonging to Associazione Italiana Allevatori (A.I.A.) – Italian Breeders Association The results of the tests confirmed the excellent sensitivity and repeatability of the system. The chloride analytical method developed by CDR was compared with the reference Volhard method by Neotron laboratory certified by ACCREDIA, that confirmed its excellent reliability.
