How to determine the oxidation state of dried fruit
With the CDR system, the oil to be analysed can be extracted with a simple mechanical treatment and acidity, peroxides and p-Anisidine of the extracted oil can be determined within minutes, abandoning the use of toxic solvents, extractor hoods, complex analytical instruments and complicated methods.
