CDR is excited to introduce its innovative coffee chemical analysis system, CDR CoffeeLab, at the World of Coffee event in Athens (WOC) from June 22th to June 24th.
The system allows for comprehensive analysis of coffee from fruit to cup. It is is valuable for fermentation process control, for determining the chemical profile of green beans, roasted coffee, and the final beverage. The system offers objective analysis, enabling better quality control and standardization.
With CDR CoffeeLab it is possible to determine the sugars, the total acidity as well as the single organic acids: malic, lactic, acetic, citric and chlorogenic acid, both on the fermenting coffee and on the green, roasted and finally on the cup.
