On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, CDR WineLab® will take part in Enoforum Web 2026, the international online conference dedicated to innovation and research in the wine industry.
The session will begin at 4:00 p.m. CEST and will feature “Reducing Sulphites in Wine: The Role of Antioxidant Strategies”, a presentation by Claudia Nioi, Assistant Professor of Process Engineering Applied to Oenology at the University of Bordeaux.
As part of the session, Simone Bellassai will introduce the CDR WineLab® analysis system, in both the Top and Junior models, highlighting their features and applications for the wine analysis directly at the winery.
The presentation will also include practical demonstrations of total sulfur dioxide (SO₂), and malic acid testing, showing how CDR WineLab® makes routine wine analysis fast and straightforward wine analysis.
The session offers an opportunity to explore sulfite management in winemaking and discover how CDR WineLab® can support everyday analytical testing at the winery.
